Kaye has more than 30 years’ experience in management sales in the local and surrounding district. From managing retail successfully to owning and operating her own successful business, Kaye has what it takes to get positive results. Her constant drive to be proactive and need to continually improve her skills and knowledge, ensure she always adds value and relevance to her clients.

Kaye's success has been presented throughout the many awards she has won in customer service and sales across Victoria. Some of the awards that Kaye has proudly received are 10-year dedication award in the beauty industry, runner up beauty advisor of the year within an upmarket cosmetic house for all department stores and pharmacies, customer service of excellence in the retail fashion industry. Number One National Retail Fashion Store and Number One Retail Store for Profit Margin in Victoria and Tasmania. With the experience in management and the Real Estate industry for the past 10 years Kaye has the skills and proven results. Winning Number 1 for top sales consultant and ranked 2nd in top number of sales, ranked 3rd in the top number of sales. Bronze award in 2014, Ranked top 8 in sales in 2016.

Through experience, dedication and a desire to constantly improve Kaye has also become a trained facilitator for managers and 2IC's in the retail industry.

When not in the office Kaye enjoys… Antique shopping, sporting activities and spending time with family and friends.
